Terms of Service
These terms describe the conditions for using Rejoin BI, including the portal, account flows, subscriptions, downloads, updates, and self-hosted platform resources.
Service access
Rejoin BI provides access to account management, subscriptions, platform downloads, documentation, support resources and self-hosted BI operation tools. Users are responsible for keeping their login, local infrastructure and platform credentials protected.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are charged according to the selected billing cycle and available plan conditions at the time of subscription. Access may be limited, suspended or cancelled if payment fails, if usage violates these terms, or if the account is cancelled by the customer.
Self-hosted responsibility
Customer dashboards, uploaded data, local workspaces, automations and infrastructure remain under the customer's responsibility when deployed in their own environment. Rejoin BI may provide tools, updates and support, but the customer must validate backups, permissions and operational security.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used for illegal activity, unauthorized access, abusive automation, credential sharing, attempts to bypass security controls, or any use that harms Rejoin BI, other users or third-party services.
Changes
Rejoin BI may update these terms to reflect product, legal or security changes. Continued use of the service after updates means the current terms apply.
